An apartment that develops longitudinally in such a way that the intimate and social functions separate almost obligatorily, motivated by the existence of shafts and stairs in the center of the building. In this way, in order to create a large light and airy environment, it was defined that the social area should expand as far as possible without barriers and, if possible, unify the balcony with the living environment. The main access is through the direct connection of the elevator to the hall that opens for dining, cooking and living.

The client's passion for wine has generated an air-conditioned cellar that centralizes attention when lit on festive days. The use of reflective glass allowed the winery to become almost camouflaged in the apartment's daily life.

The family of Italian tradition would like the kitchen to be the centralizing element in the harsh winters of the Serra Gaúcha, and the element that does this is a large preparation bench that connects directly to the dining table that allows the chain of saws to be viewed due to the fact of being in a high neighborhood allied to the 13th of the building. The intimate part of the apartment has an office, guest bedroom and suite for the couple who receive unusual equipment for urban apartments, a hot tub overlooking the city center.
