The surroundings of the building are defined by the warehouses planned to the north-west (height 18 and 25 m) and the landscaped area to the south and east.
The positioning of the building in the south-eastern area of ​​the property also enables a functionally sensible development of the parking spaces in the west, an extension in the north (2nd and 3rd construction phase), as well as optimal views and lighting of the offices.

The main theme of the design is the term "office landscape" in the literal sense.
Both the original term office landscape and the aspect of office and landscape are taken into account.
The focus is on flexibility, communication, flat hierarchies and short distances.
The ground floor is slightly set back in large parts of the building and clearly set back in the area of ​​the entrance. The public or semi-public functions and the showroom are located in the transparent entrance area. The two floors are connected by the spacious multi-storey hall.

The offices and ancillary rooms on the floating upper floor are interwoven by the punched-in atriums to form an artificial and light-flooded landscape with interesting insights and perspectives.
