The Helix tree house is a compact 2 story house comprising of a lounge on the ground floor with a bathroom and kitchenette and small terrace. A small staircase leads up to the bedroom and a second outside terrace to fully admire the views of the surrounding landscape. The Helix is accessed by a sweeping spiral staircase from the ground floor leading up into the structure which sits at 12m tall. Beams of wood are cladded around this staircase to camouflage the main structure as well as creating a beautiful sculptural spiral twist into this cladding design which gives the helix its true unique identity.
