Hermanos Vinagre reinterprets the traditional Madrid tavern as a contemporary space, preserving its familiar, approachable spirit while introducing a refreshed visual language. The project transforms an existing 40 m² commercial space into a compact restaurant with a strong, warm, and instantly recognizable identity.

The interior design strikes a balance between nostalgia and modernity through a carefully considered composition, where materials, graphic elements, and references to local tradition come together in a cohesive design language. The stainless steel bar, curved bespoke furniture, and geometric wall finishes create rhythm and character, while lighting, reflections, and refined finishes enhance the perception of space.

The result is a compact yet distinctive restaurant where functionality and visual coherence are central to the design. The intervention maximizes the potential of the limited footprint while incorporating durable materials, a strong graphic identity, and a welcoming atmosphere that reimagines the essence of the classic Madrid tavern without losing its authenticity.
