House designed in the steepy hill, facing a brook hidden in the trees. The main goal was to create a spacious house for a family, hidden from the road with a private enclosed garden. Thanks to the site formation, part of the building is hidden under the ground, leaving only two sloping roofs visible from the outside.
On the other side there is a grand glass opening, letting the surrounding greenery to become a part of the interior.
Apart from being discrete, the building also includes reuse of demolition brick for elevations and innovative form of roofing - solar panels incorporated in the cladding made it possible to look humble yet still modern without compromising aesthetics to the ecological approach of living.
