The Tominé reservoir is a large artificial body of water. In addition to its function of supplying a large part of Bogotá, it is a highly important element in the rural landscape of Cundinamarca. The project, consisting of semi-detached units, is situated at the highest point of the lot to have a commanding view of the natural landscape.

The geographic and environmental conditions specific to this region suggest that the complex be developed on two levels. The first level serves as the arrival area, accommodating vehicles, while the second level embodies the spirit of a scenic lookout, housing the main spaces of the project.

The houses, designed as semi-detached units, feature a very open social area integrated in its entirety, allowing for a direct relationship with the outdoors, while the more private area is cozier and enclosed, providing warmth to the user. The house is designed on a single level, oriented around the view, with all main spaces facing the rear of the property with a fully glazed façade. On the other hand, services and complementary spaces are configured on the main façade, which is more closed in character but features a linear light that brings life to the spaces. Within the social space, there is an open courtyard with vegetation linked to a covered porch that defines the entrance.
