The oldest bakery in Weyarn, built in 1792 and located at the source of the Mangfall River, was converted into a residential building with three differently designed units. Alterations from the 1970s were removed to emphasize the building's historic features. Window openings and room layouts were reconstructed based on historical photographs. A wooden extension used as a studio complements the building on the hillside.
