The historic building renovation in the center of Munich, in accordance with the preservation order, included the careful restoration of windows, walls, and stucco ceilings, as well as the restoration of the historic flooring. In addition, the entire electrical installation was renewed and the interior design was modernized, creating a spacious living area with a new fireplace, modernized bathrooms, and custom-made joinery.
