HMN-35 Residential Building

HNM-35

Located at the boundary between Ramat Gan and Givatayim, next to Tel Aviv area. This residential project transforms an urban corner into a defining architectural statement. The design responds to the site’s unique conditions—an irregular plot, challenging topography, and strict height regulations—by embracing the corner as its central theme.

The 30-apartment building includes a diverse range of units, from two to five rooms, culminating in a unique roof penthouse. A neat white façade, marked by refined vertical lines, enhances the sense of height and elegance. The defining feature of the project is its rounded corner, accentuated by a bright skin as a gesture that not only softens the building’s presence but also pays tribute to its boundary-setting location.

A striking 3.5-meter-high glass box opens onto the street, acting as a transparent interface between private and public realms. By day, it frames the urban landscape; by night, it glows like a city lantern, fostering a dialogue between the building and the community.

A diagonal wall further emphasizes the transition between cities, visually marking the shift from Ramat Gan to Givatayim. This architectural element, combined with a thoughtful use of materiality and color, defines the threshold where the cityscape meets the sky. More than just a residential development, the project actively engages with its surroundings, transforming the corner into a spatial and symbolic landmark.
