Full redesign our backyard to create a cohesive outdoor-living space. Including:
-Pool & loungers
-Pool house and new Outdoor Shower
-New Dining Pavilion structure off back of house
-Outdoor Dining and Kitchen -New landscaping and hardscaping
-new upright fireplace & outdoor living space
-New deck off back of house
-New furniture throughout

One of the key challenges was the topography of the property and its proximity to the conservation area. Despite the look of expansiveness of the backyard, we were limited by where the hill started (and requiring approvals from the Conservation Authority) and where the pool could be dug, thus we designed the space to take advantage of the width of the property.

Low maintenance and durability was the goal.
-Used large-scale (12x24) concrete pavers for durability,
-Granite countertop
-Composite wood/decking on outdoor shower and deck
-Shingle/shake made of cement fiber on dining Pavilion and pool house.
-Full metal construction with powder coat finish on outdoor kitchen
