The project undertakes the general refurbishment of an existing luxury hotel built in 1937/1938. In the course of a careful remodeling in 2018, in collaboration with Bost Interior Design, the hotel has been given a new life.

Where previously dark hues and black leather predominated, today light tones and chrome create a welcoming and casual atmosphere. A flowing sequence of rooms, in which Bauhaus influences and Art Deco elements reflect the history of the hotel, make up the hotel's distinctive character.

The six suites and ninety-three other rooms are based on the design of the foyer: In the spirit of Goethe's theory of colors, the graphically patterned carpets and simple furniture are attuned to one another. The mix of Art Deco, elegant modernism and Bauhaus influences aptly describes the hotel as a place of open encounters that inspires guests from around the world and locals alike.
