Gaining light. This was the main objective pursued with this housing project. Thanks to this reform the rooms have been opened to the outside and the light is the protagonist of this Valencian house.

In the living-dining room you can appreciate the commitment to sliding glass and wrought iron doors, both in the kitchen and in one of the rooms. In the master bedroom the bathroom has been made en suite with a glass enclosure. In both cases the objective mentioned above is pursued, to let natural light into all the rooms, thus generating a sensation of spaciousness and luminosity.

It should be noted that the house is located in an estate of the 80s, the wooden windows have been kept with the intention of preserving that spirit and not break with the aesthetics of the facade.

For the night area, the corridor has been used as a dressing room with a large cupboard that covers the entire surface.

Another aspect that calls the attention of this project is the natural wood floor. The best option if you want to give your home the personality, naturalness and warmth it needs.
