Located near Kyiv, this 245 m² private residence was designed as a contemporary family home that balances architectural clarity with everyday comfort.
The design is based on clean horizontal volumes, generous glazing and a restrained palette of natural materials. Large floor-to-ceiling windows establish a strong visual connection between the interior and the surrounding landscape while allowing abundant natural light throughout the day.
The interior follows the same architectural language. Warm wood textures, natural stone and carefully integrated lighting create a calm and timeless atmosphere. Every space was individually planned to maximize functionality without compromising the purity of the design.
The project was developed from the initial concept through BIM documentation and construction supervision, ensuring that every architectural and interior detail was accurately executed during realization.
Completed in 2024, the residence demonstrates Sokruta Design's approach to contemporary residential architecture, combining precise technical planning with refined spatial composition.
