A DISTRIBUTED DISTANCE OF LINES BREAKED TO THE GENESIS OF THE PROJECT The project chooses to connect the buildings located in the depth of the plot to the matrix formed by the buildings kept on the street. The porch system, which irrigates existing buildings as well as the depth of the island, becomes here the beginning of the spaces deployed in the depth of the site. The contained spaces of these porches; forming a threshold, open in a continuity of traces towards deep perspectives where the pathways are prolonged.

Along the way, these perspectives widen and become associated with the waterfront spaces that form the main quality of the project: that of a privileged position, set back from the hustle and bustle of the street, and offering for most of the interior a clear view. The porches are the starting point of all flows and tracks.

Taking the source of the right of each porch, the lines of implantation of the frame extend in a skein distended broken lines which gradually diverge to affirm distinct volumetric registers.

The facade planes generated by these divergent paths enrich by their varied inclinations the spaces deployed in the depth. Hanging each light specifically, these plans of successive facades return the day in a game of multiple reflections favored by the material of the envelope (anodized aluminum) which limits the buildings. The tightest spaces are then shrouded in clarity with multiple sources.

FACADES WITH HUES AND PATTERNS OF A WOODED LANDSCAPE

Located on the outside of the extensions of the habitat (balconies, terraces, etc.), the epidermis enveloping the frame and all its uses is made of perforated aluminum panels whose hues and porosity react to the nearby places.

A foliage pattern thus organizes the variation of the perforations of the panels. Matrix of this modulated perforation, the interlacing of this foliage pattern induces various porosities, changing projected shadows, perpetually disturbed by the real movement of foliage and shading of the wooded landscape of the riverside alleys and the park.

The hue of this skin finally varies according to the exposures and the inclination of the natural light.
