All Hunter and Barrel dining spaces take ques from traditional and modern hunting methods found in the local regions surrounding the restaurant. At Mirdif we asked the question, what happens once the ‘hunt’ is over? This sparked the idea of returning home to the tented camp, a place for rest and recuperation for the next day.
The fire burns, the days hunt crackles over the fire embers, faces lit by the glow from the flames and our hearts warmed by the barrel aged wine and the vibrant conversations. Continuing the storyline of Hunter & Barrel, where we celebrate the feast following the hunt, we are bringing this to life by artistically highlighting a place of rest and restoration - on land.
