The restaurant consists of a single room deep and narrow raised above the roadway. At the entrance, a small living room as opposed to the check out counter, can serve a drink to the customer before being escorted to the table. This small space is characterized by two libraries low realized on design which act as separation with the room. On the left side, for the entire length of the room, it has been realized a coating full height with fir-wood planks from carpentry with finish to cutting saw, variable pitch, juxtaposed and fixed to a wooden substructure. On the opposite side frames of different sizes containing furnishings. In back of the room, a grill and a movable shelves for the display of wines separate from the room service bar and kitchen. Painting of walls, ceiling and wooden display case has been made to match the tone of the gray paving porcelain large format.
