Bringing RAMSA’s nearly half a century of expertise to Hawai‘i for the first time, ‘Ilima and Melia Ward Village are notable additions to the celebrated firm’s vast domestic and international portfolio. While delivering the classical architectural style for which the firm is known, RAMSA drew inspiration from Honolulu's grand estate homes and clubs and the rich local architectural heritage, especially the work of Bertram Goodhue, to inform the design of ‘Ilima and Melia Ward Village.

With tiered masonry facades, unique ornamentation and masterful detailing such as balconies, arcades and covered walkways that are both timeless and distinctive, these new signature towers provide an authentic and modern interpretation of traditional design blended with island style to honor O’ahu’s natural beauty.

Both towers seamlessly integrate into the natural world with refined aesthetics that complement the surrounding lush landscape and reinforce the deep connection to the land.
