Villa INNER NEST has been designed as a temporary retreat for a two-person family during weekends. Considering the existing limitations, including the pre-constructed site and the inability to modify the built area, the design primarily focuses on maximizing spatial efficiency and precise functional organization.

The central design element is a cubic volume that defines and organizes the boundaries and relationships between spaces. This cube not only separates the cooking area from the living space but also acts as a dynamic element that connects the spaces and enhances spatial coherence. This functional separation naturally creates a sense of distinction while maintaining spatial continuity.

Within this cube, more private functions such as the bathroom, toilet, and wardrobe are accommodated. These spaces are designed to ensure the privacy of the occupants. To emphasize the boundaries of this area, a different flooring material has been used, subtly reinforcing the spatial division.

The upper part of the cube is designated as a sleeping area. This section, designed with privacy principles in mind, provides a serene environment free from disturbances. Its design offers a sense of calm and comfort while conveying a separation from the villa's public areas.

In the kitchen area, rotating panels have been incorporated to control light, views, and privacy. These panels, besides their functional role in light and view management, act as a dynamic design feature that enhances spatial flexibility. They allow users to adapt the interior environment according to their specific needs.
