The house was build for renting purposes so we were ask to design very neutral interior ( space ) without any furniture as this will be bought by the new tenants.
We have proposed to make a white base ( wall/furniture ) with a drop of natural colour delivered by the used limited palet of materials ( oak wood, 4 different marbles and quartzite ). We put a big effort to make some kind of standarization for the whole interiors similar to standarization that is used in a building itself ( windows, exterior lapms etc.) so in every room we used the same lamps for general lighting ( only differ in size ) or the details of build in walls furniture. We wanted to make it as neutral as white wall is.
In this very "quite" space we focused on the staircase which need to be as light as possible. It was some kind tricky task because of their lenght and the fact we can fix it only in two points ( top and bottom ).
