Leading global recruitment agency, Investigo, were looking to create a high energy work environment where their talent could thrive. Investigo are proud of their company culture and their new office design needed to facilitate team activities and bring people together. With a large tea point, break out spaces, a games room and even a Peleton bike station, staff are encouraged to be active and interact in a fun and functional workplace.
Our team went through a virtual design development process as we entered the first phase of this project during lockdown - hosting presentations online and collaborating with both internal and external teams remotely. A rigorous and coordinated approach enabled our team to distil the key design concepts and incorporate the client’s feedback, resulting in a design that aligned with Investigo’s values and business objectives.
Upon entering the office, employees and visitors are greeted with a bold reception desk featuring Investigo’s updated branding and a green wall with illuminated signage. The client waiting area is open to the shared teapoint and allows visitors an insight into Investigo’s brand identity and culture of activity. Sleek front of house meeting suites provide the privacy necessary to interview their clients, which is key to helping them grow their business. Flexibility is built into the space, with three training rooms with folding walls, and a variety of work settings promote agile work practices. There are areas to suit every work function in the business, from open booths to soft break out furniture and a high island for meetings on the go.
