The house is located in the hills of mantiqueira in the city of Amparo , São Paulo.

By the nature of the terrain, with steep incline and privileged view we chose to deploy the residence so that they form a platform with a public dimension , wide with shaded area where they are located the living room , dining room , kitchen and area service. Much of this shaded area is closed by frames allowing , thus, the overall visibility of the external environment .

The lower volume houses the intimate use areas such as bedrooms, bathrooms , TV room and office. This organization of the program and environments was chosen because it provides a greater intimacy to the rooms , oriented to the east and closed by the retaining wall to the opposite side . Its coverage serves floor to the upper floor , creating a possible flat space to be used by the locals as recreational space .

The building system is all reinforced concrete molded on site .
