Platform Design Ltd has designed the new offices of network security and performance company Juniper Networks, located in Addlestone, England.

Creating a working environment to help staff work collaboratively, think creatively and embody Juniper Networks’ corporate values were the cornerstones of the design brief.

The Juniper Networks re-designed UK office in Addlestone is a unique amalgamation of business and design disciplines. Starting with a strategy based on extensive research and employee surveys, a design direction and vision was formed.

This aspirational office space provided significant improvements in the way that the teams work and engage with each other. The space empowers employees to work efficiently in an agile way, whilst giving a strong physical signal to customers visiting the space of Juniper Network’s investment in, and commitment to innovation.

Employees now have the means to work much more collaboratively by using the new flexible Central Hub space, Library / Project Area and Meeting Rooms with state of the art VC facilities.

The space has been enthusiastically embraced by Juniper employees. The provision of acoustically-treated quiet spaces along with an energising Central Hub offers different settings to cater for all types of working to make the agile working strategy a success.
