Conceived as a vibrant urban retreat, Juntos reinterprets the contemporary coffee and brunch experience through a carefully choreographed interplay of geometry, materiality, and atmosphere. The project transforms a narrow ground-floor shell into a warm and immersive spatial sequence, where circulation, branding, and interior architecture become inseparable.
The design is defined by a restrained palette of neutral mineral surfaces contrasted with saturated orange metal elements that trace the space like a continuous graphic gesture. Acting simultaneously as lighting infrastructure, spatial organizer, and visual identity, the tubular steel framework moves fluidly across walls and ceilings, establishing rhythm and continuity throughout the interior.
The elongated layout is treated not as a limitation but as an opportunity to intensify perspective and depth. Custom linear seating, integrated shelving systems, and compact dining arrangements maximize functionality while preserving visual clarity and openness. Large frontal glazing strengthens the relationship between interior and street, allowing the café to operate as an extension of the urban public realm.
Soft indirect lighting enhances the tactile quality of the textured plaster surfaces and terrazzo-inspired finishes, generating a calm and inviting ambiance throughout the day. Mirrors and reflective details amplify natural light and visually expand the compact footprint, while the warm chromatic accents introduce a playful and energetic identity aligned with the café’s social character.
At the center of the project lies the intention to create a highly recognizable yet approachable environment — one that balances minimal aesthetics with hospitality and everyday interaction. Rather than relying on decorative excess, the space achieves its identity through precision, repetition, and the expressive use of color as an architectural element.
Juntos emerges as a contemporary micro-hospitality interior where branding, atmosphere, and spatial efficiency converge into a cohesive architectural experience.
