Kinetic is a high-rise student housing project developed by Toll Brothers located in a lively area near Georgia Tech in Midtown Atlanta. ForrestPerkins created a sophisticated and functional design for the interior spaces, crafting a welcoming environment that accommodates student needs.

Beyond designing the public spaces, ForrestPerkins developed comprehensive furniture and finish packages for the standard units, creating a consistent aesthetic throughout the building. The design team styled a model unit where each bedroom reflects a unique student personality to offer residents a personalized and relatable living experience. The Kinetic blends style, practicality, and individuality to redefine off-campus student housing.
