Studio Sandrini was selected by COSTIM Real Estate Srl, a company of the Polifin Group, as a partner for defining the visual identity and real estate marketing project for LAD – Linate Airport District, Italy’s first Airport Business District.

Located within the Milan Linate airport system, LAD was conceived as an urban regeneration project overlooking the Idroscalo, integrating next-generation offices, retail spaces, a 4-star hotel with MICE facilities, services, green areas, and technological amenities into a connected, sustainable, and highly strategic urban ecosystem.

 Studio Sandrini managed the creation of LAD’s brand identity, from strategic storytelling to the production of both digital and traditional marketing and communication materials. In line with the project’s vision, the studio developed an interior fit-out concept and a system of experiential content to enhance LAD’s market presence and support its marketing to potential tenants and investors.
