In collaboration with the project team, Studio Sandrini managed the creative and strategic aspects of Ville Aeris, providing comprehensive consulting to support both development and marketing. The studio contributed to defining a real estate concept aligned with current market demands, overseeing the aesthetic design of outdoor spaces and interior design. At the same time, it developed the brand identity and real estate marketing tools, creating a distinctive and coherent language capable of enhancing the project’s value and attracting a sophisticated, international audience.
