The Lakeville VI Sales Office (Experience Center) unfolds around the concept of the "Urban Curio Pavilion." We have integrated everything most scarce and precious in the city, offering our homeowners the irreplaceable gifts of nature and spirit. The design of the entire space consists of two main sections: the Western Cabinet of Curiosities and the Eastern Curio Pavilion.
The Curio Pavilion, with its exquisite and elegant exterior, harbors a flexible and uniquely magical interior. It was an essential possession for scholars and literati during the Ming and Qing dynasties, as well as a wise demonstration of Chinese people's understanding and application of space. In ancient times, the Curio Grid was often used to collect and display rare treasures. What unparalleled "treasures" will we place in it today?
Air, water, forests, mountains... Non-renewable resources have become the undisputed top luxury of this era. Thus, the vast sky, bright and clear, represents fresh air. Then, that touch of azure deep in the sea, is the solidification of flowing water. And so, forests spread and proliferate, turning into indescribable trees. All nature, here, is allowed to grow and achieve immortality, becoming the rare treasures within the "Urban Curio Pavilion." It also allows our homeowners, at this place and time, to become among the few who can own and control space and time in this era.

ELEVATOR HALL
The design inspiration for the elevator hall comes from the natural intent of the bamboo forest in a curio box, with contrast and surprise being the theme of the space. As the elevator doors open, it's as though one is transported through a time machine into a bamboo grove, where sunlight dapples through the gaps between bamboo leaves.
The floor uses tung oil-treated Suzhou Imperial Kiln golden bricks to embody the beauty of the "bamboo forest" in a tangible way. The indicator lights at the elevator landing resemble lanterns, guiding the arrival of esteemed guests like an old-time butler.
The elevator buttons are made of custom brass featuring energy patterns, echoing the design theme of the entire showroom. The doorbell hides a secret mechanism: guided by the indicator lights, guests open two curio boxes representing Eastern and Western cultures, inside which lie two antique brass keys, unlocking the mysterious door in the most traditional manner. At the top of the space, we invited the Chinese floral art artist, Master Twenty-One, to create a bespoke bamboo art installation for the space, modeled after the momentum of mountains and rivers, transitioning from rapid to gentle, high to low, unfolding in sequence. Accompanied by breathing lights, the entire space is filled with a flowing natural poetry.
East and West Halls
The Sky Hall (Yuanxiang Hall), named for its expansive and circular essence, contrasts with the natural light from the sky and the urban skyline against the dim elevator hall, offering a dreamlike journey through the clouds. The Earth Hall (Kunyu Hall), representing the weight and sculpture of mountains and stones with natural limestone, contrasts with the Sky Hall's lightness and brightness.
Waiting Area - Pansi Pavilion
Named for its view over the city and reminiscent of new homes and hometowns, this space aims to present a subdued elegance, integrating visitors into the cityscape and future residences, complemented by an Art Deco lamp sculpture by Max Le Verrier, evoking the moon's beauty.
The Sutra Pavilion
The heart of the space, blending ancient knowledge and healing cosmic energy, encapsulated within this unique Urban Curio Cabinet. The architecture, inspired by traditional Chinese structures and adorned with gold leaf over black gauze, harmonizes with hand-painted sky murals, expressing an endless sky.
Front Courtyard
Yunqi Garden: Designed for tranquility and preparation for a unique journey, featuring handcrafted Nepalese singing bowls and sculptures by Han Dong, inviting guests to clear their minds.
Meeting Rooms
Encounter on the Sansheng Stone: Tailored for diverse clientele, these rooms offer flexible spaces themed around mystery, wonder, and infinity, each reflecting different aspects of Lakeville VI's vision.
Restrooms
Snow Hidden Gate: Inspired by poetic Chinese descriptions, integrating water as a key element and blending East-West patterns from 17th-century Chinese porcelain, expressing a unique blend of cultures and eras.
The Urban Curio Cabinet embodies the essence of possessing and experiencing the universe within a box, a testament to the profound connection between individuals and their environment, merging past and future, East and West, in a dialogue of wisdom.
