Landgrave House

LTd Arquitectura & Interiorismo as Architects

The "landgrave house" is born of the visit to the office of a major marriage (66 and 71 years old) with the main need to want a house of a plant without which it did not have levels and that it had basic spaces for its everyday use as well as no exceed 160m construction.

Something very interesting of the project is that the ground is located in the corner and which has its main facade to the street fields of apple and its side facade to the street campos de higuera.

On the street fields of apple in the side of front the land sees towards a curtain of olive trees which give protagonism to visual auctions of the house and element that customers asked us to give importance as well as to make use of apparent materials both in facade and inside and that the house represents a current architectural element and that this ages with the step of the years with the naturality that gives to show the materials as they are.

In ltd architecture & interior design we interpret those needs of the clients proposing a house with a very simple and functional scheme in which the architectural distribution consists of a garage for 2 cars, a dining room with height and a half, a kitchen area connected to a washing area , 1 master bedroom with dress and bathroom, 1 secondary bedroom with shared bathroom and a study area, these areas are illuminated and connected through 2 interior gardens which the customers requested to us would be visual remote elements but at the same time a space of tranquility where they could enjoy a good book or a pleasant couple in couple.
