Langton Way

Nick Baker architects as Architects

Nick Baker Architects have successfully completed the statutory approvals for the start on site of two contemporary homes at Longton Way in Blackheath, London.

Developer Indigo Bridge has started on site on this tight site overlooked by a row of Grade II listed 'Captain's Houses' that view directly onto Blackheath. The two homes will be Code for Sustainable Homes Level 4 compliant with a range of renewable energy provisions such as photovoltaic panels and selected sustainable features. The houses will have insulation levels similar to those of 'passivhaus' standards along with triple glazing.

Due to complet in March 2012 the two units add to the modern sustainable homes along Langton Way.
