Daylight is crucial for humanity. In the morning, a touch of sunshine wakes us up better than a cup of coffee. Millions of years of evolution tightly bound our biorhythms to daylight, that's why it’s so important to wisely manage it in our dwellings.

Here, we turned a floor-wide apartment at the upper floor of a high-rise building into a cozy family residence. Thanks to arrangement of space and enlarged windows, every corner receives natural illumination. Bedrooms are located at southern side of the flat.

Crisp and narrow lighting pierces the apartment from south to north and unites functional zones of the apartment. Lamps are aligned to rays of sun.

As interior has very little edges, sunshine freely scatters around filling the rooms with light. The feeling of light and united space gets a new dimension when illumination switches on after the sunset.
