Before they gave us a brief, LJ Partnership showed us the site and asked how we would design the space. This initial conversation opened up a dialogue between ourselves and LJ Partnership; enabling us to develop the brief together and signalling the start of a very exciting project.
Overall, LJ Partnership envisioned a space that encouraged collaboration and reflected their company culture in a personal and quirky way. It’s safe to say: we delivered.
Throughout this project we held multiple design and development workshops, visited showrooms and developed a positive rapport with the client. The relationship we formed allowed us to push the boundaries of office design and create a truly outstanding workspace.
The new office is full of quirky furniture and a variety of artworks that reflect the company’s personality. Each meeting room tells a different story and the social space features impressive views over London. LJ Partnership’s new office has non-bookable agile spaces that encourage flexible working, an adopted level of desk sharing, phone booths for privacy and open booths for collaborative work.
