The project starts with the premise of creating a border, followed by a wooded edge and a central heart with an architectural program. The intervention focuses on a square, where a concrete pavilion provides shade, and a rectangular area that houses the sports zone and low-lying vegetation with a soccer field.
The perimeter edge is composed of a series of Ficus trees that create shade around the intervention. Once the edges are defined, the pedestrian pathways begin to elevate, creating a series of staircases that lead to a tree-filled center within a concrete pavilion, providing shade and seating areas.
This pavilion is modular, allowing for easy construction and structural conception. The landscape proposal suggests the integration of new native trees into the center of the pavilion. The intervention creates a vegetated space for rest and recreation, with children's areas and shaded zones. The proposed staircases generate an ascending and playful rhythm in the park.
The project is a concise response to the construction timeline, architectural program, and allocated budget.
