The project involves the rehabilitation of an office building and its interior , in the ZAC Thiers near the business district of La Part Dieu in Lyon. Approximately 9,000 sqm of office space have been retrofitted to meet with a standard level of quality services. The rehabilitation of the building has minimized the demolition of existing works to keep costs to better invest in the " fitness " of architecture.

To improve the thermal performance of the building while giving it a contemporary and harmonious appearance , insulation is placed outside the existing structure.
