The intervention concerns a new expansion of offices and conference room of over 1000sqm, at the headquarters of the Madel factory in Cotignola (RA), a well-known company of cleaning products.
The building, developed on four levels, has an elliptical shape that lightens its impact from the street and a facade characterized by "fins" vertical sunscreens in silk-screened glass, staggered between one floor and another.
The effect obtained is of great dynamism of the facade which changes according to the point of view and weather conditions and where the corporate red color of the brise-soleil intensifies gradually towards the side ends of the building.
Inside there are large spaces of conviviality and vertical gardens that form the backdrop to a scenic helical staircase that turns itself into the central void.
The intervention aims to achieve high standards of architectural and environmental quality according to the requirements of the LEED certification.
