Mahoor is a five-story residential building located in the north of Tehran.
Tehran, the capital of Iran, is a crowded city with various types of pollution such as air, sound and visual pollution, and life in it is accompanied by all kinds of stresses and challenges. Therefore, our effort in such projects is to create a calm and harmonious space for living. A space that by considering the lifestyle of its users helps improve the quality of life.
The structure and architectural expression in this building are simple and straightforward, and efforts have been made to ensure that all its components have the necessary identity and quality. The material palette of this project is a combination of white plaster or cement and orange bricks. This combination has shaped part of the project’s personality in both the exterior and the interior spaces.
This project is comprised of residential units above the ground floor within the 50% limit. The lobby, gym, cinema hall, and management are located on the ground floor, parking lots on the minus one and minus two floors and the facilities as well as the meeting hall are on the minus three floor.
