El encargo consistió en crear la nueva imagen para Makoto Sushi Bar, un restaurante de comida japonesa tradicional. La propuesta toma elementos de la arquitectura tradicional japonesa y la coloca en nuestros días, bajo un nuevo concepto sin alterar su esencia. Primero, un muro enchapado de madera pino natural, sobre el que vuela un elemento verde: El jardín vertical. Este se modula de forma ortogonal y rememora la típica ventana japonesa. El ingreso está definido por una alfombra de madera y un techo sol y sombra tensado. La puerta de ingreso al local se retira 1.00 m del muro de fachada y crea el efecto de profundidad. Los muros laterales se revisten con acabados óxidos de formato rectangular, manteniendo la armonía con el resto de la composición. Finalmente, la iluminación: luz cálida; la materialidad y las texturas, crean una nueva propuesta armónica para la nueva imagen de Makoto Sushi Bar, que preserva los elementos y aspectos de la arquitectura tradicional japonesa.
