Fot this tiny bar and bistrot in the Poggiofranco district in Bari, most of the furnishing components have been handcrafted by local artisans. The renovation and re-design began with the complete removal of the pre-existing furnishings, although some elements have been retained (such as the position of the bar counter). Linearity and sobriety of design choices have given the environment simplicity and order, combined with a tangible welcoming atmosphere. The space, of small dimensions, is crossed and in the meantime measured by a metal tubular structure that acts as a trait d'union. it flexibly bends to uses becoming shelf system, plant housing and wine display. White is the predominant color; it has been combined with a few other color choices: grays (for the covering of the seats and for the floor resin) and a gentian blue (for the central pillar and the graphic).
