La Marina de Valencia, a nautical space with a privileged location, will be revitalized in a cutting-edge way. Its spaces, both on land and at sea, will be optimized, creating an engine for socio-economic development for the city and the Community.
The proposal aims to reorganize, leverage, and improve the quality of services provided to users and vessels around two main areas: the water surface and the land area.
ERRE, responsible for the architectural design, has worked on the project to create a global and integrative proposal that will establish new spaces capable of hosting different uses, surrounded by truly sustainable and innovative landscaping.
The proposal integrates and continues the project initiated in 2015 by Marina de Empresas, the Mediterranean’s largest hub for entrepreneurship and innovation. It will attract investors, high-level commercial projects, and new leisure and entertainment offerings that will captivate citizens and visitors from around the world.
The common goal of the entire intervention is not only to transform the physical landscape of the port but also to strengthen its role as a gateway to innovation and modernity in the Mediterranean.
