Nestled in one of the prime areas of South Bombay, this quirky 250 sq.ft. workspace showcases the client’s personality perfectly. Breaking away from the typical formal arrangements of a workspace, this area showcases funky & eye-catching artworks, ample natural light, suspended ceiling lights & LEGO accessories.

The idea was to keep the space clean & functional. In addition, it gives an avenue for bringing in colours and patterns that adds a bit of personality to the space. Pattern flooring, fluted & smoked glass, different textured laminates added warmth to the space. 

Keeping the main entrance of the office simple is creating an atmosphere of professionalism and striking a balance with the funky and colourful interiors. Simple textured glass with painted metal framing have been used for the door. 

As you enter a room or a space, the flooring is typically one of the first things you notice. The type of flooring can greatly influence the overall look and feel of the area. Here, Moroccan designed tiles are used as flooring. There is a small working desk for the staff with two antique shaped chairs. Overhead storage is finished with laminate. Opposite to the same, is a glass partition with flushed door leading to the cabin done metal grid.

The use of bold and vibrant colours, unique patterns, and playful elements would likely be present throughout the cabin. The walls, furniture, and accessories feature eye-catching hues and unconventional combinations. The overall atmosphere is lively, energetic, and filled with a sense of creativity and fun. 

The cabin is full of funky frames and lego pieces used as décor. A raw piece of wood is used as a table adding a rustic and natural touch to the space. It showcases the beauty of the wood grain and preserves the organic feel of the material. The table is supported by sturdy legs or other creative supports that complement the rustic aesthetic. The use of textured paint adds depth, visual interest, and tactile appeal to the surfaces in the room. The ceiling is kept minimal, made of gypsum with grooves and cove lighting. 

 Colourful printed chairs inject personality, vibrancy, and visual interest into a space. They serve as focal points and instantly draw attention, adding a playful and lively touch to the room's decor.

Using a trunk as a centre table brings a unique and eclectic touch to the space and added storage. 

Creating a small and functional pantry involves utilizing the available space efficiently to maximize storage and organization.

In the pantry, the shutters are treated with laminate and square dado tiles are used. 

Small and efficient toilet area with designed Moroccan tiles used for flooring and counter top finishing. Unfinished tiles are used on the wall giving it a rustic look. To break the contrast, the rest of the wall is painted with mint green colour. A beautiful round mirror is placed on the wall above the wash basin to enhance the aesthetics of the space. 

Overall a small and efficient space involving maximum functionality while making the most of the available square footage.
