Marvel Hill is a “city-resort” residential development located within a protected park zone in Lviv. The defining feature of the project is its geomorphological adaptation. Designed to accommodate a 40-meter elevation difference, the development takes the form of a cascading, terraced structure that follows the steep terrain. This approach not only minimizes the visual impact on the environment but also ensures unobstructed views and a high level of privacy for each residence.
A strong emphasis is placed on ecological responsibility through a “zero-mile” strategy. The project prioritizes locally sourced materials, including concrete, ceramic blocks, and custom wooden window systems produced either by the developer or within the immediate region. This significantly reduces the project’s carbon footprint while maintaining strict quality control.
Despite the complexity of the landscape, Marvel Hill achieves full inclusivity. Barrier-free access is integrated across all levels, demonstrating that challenging terrain can coexist with accessible design solutions.
