The factory of Mekoprint is situated in Støvring, south of Aalborg, on an elevated site with a view of an extensive, hilly landscape. The building is designed as a large, rectangular body.

The administration facing north is situated behind large glass facades. At the production facilities facing east an approx. 80-metre long and 7-metre tall glass panel has been provided with serigraphic prints of the designs produced by Mekoprint.

The serigraphic patterns serve as a sunscreen during daytime and create a silhouette against the light in the production hall at night.

The rest of the facades are made of copper plates. In time, the skin of the building will gain a refined expression from the mellowing copper. Inside, the building is carried out in light colours and with visible construction structures in the production halls.
