On the former Cereol factory site, we have designed a unique architectural plan that complements the atmosphere of the factory. As if it were one factory complex, the new residential buildings are designed in an industrial style around the national monument. The synergy between the monument, the architecture, and the layout of the public space ensures that the neighborhood retains its historical character
