The draft that was created in consultation with all concerned, everyone is very enthusiastic. It looks like a large hollow tree (an inner diameter of about 40 meters) with branches and scroll roofs.

The island is a complex of rental and owner-occupied housing that also offers a residential unit for multiple disabilities. An independent building with a landscaped garden and an organic identity that conveys security.

The branches of the four-story tree are three elementary schools, a kindergarten and a school care. The 'canopy' provides shelter from sun, rain and other weather conditions. Here children learn respect for nature taught. There are landscaped gardens and organic real playgrounds. The building (in the bark of the tree) are nesting boxes, with webcams, which include swifts nest.
