Miu Miu shows in Paris in February 2023 at Palais d’Iena in a show entitled “Ways of Looking”. Models parade on a series of raised catwalks alongside an installation by South Korean artist Geumhyung Jeong, underlining the strong connection between the world of modern art and the haute couture brand.
For the setting up of the hall of the Palais d’Iena, it was decided to cover the walls with Polypiù polycarbonate sheets: the product chosen was Ondapiù 177/51 in opal colour, a material that made it possible to create a play of light and reflections that enhanced the beauty of the creations.
The materials used to set up the Fall/Winter 2023 fashion show found new life after the event thanks to the support of LA RÉSERVE DES ARTS, a non-profit association that supports the cultural and creative sector in the development of the circular economy and solidarity, offering services for the collection, recovery and recycling of all types of materials from the various creative activities of the cultural sector.
