The architectural studio inHAUS is implementing another of its modern prefabricated houses. In this case, a custom-designed house in Toledo. It is a special project, a single-family house with 228 ² built on a single floor, between party walls with a very personal style. And an exceptional implementation: nocturnal.
This modular house is the development of a made-to-measure model that evolved and finally bears great similarities to the Motril model from the 111 Collection, one of the most successful inHAUS models.
The concept of this house was to be able to share different spaces with the family. For this reason, it adds more than 62 m2 with the dining room and the living room to a spacious eat-in kitchen, with a seating area and sofas. It is the heart of this modular home overlooking the garden.
In this sense, the kitchen combines a rustic style with a markedly modern touch, so characteristic of the inHAUS firm. An island in light tones combines with the wooden finish of the kitchen, which is fully equipped from the moment it is installed.
The flexibility and versatility of inHAUS design and the enormous variety of the 111 Collection of modular models allow for all kinds of combinations. In this case, the exterior style of the Motril model (Nordic style) is transformed into facades with a more Mediterranean character. Three natural materials merge: stone, single-layer and wood finish.
For the interior design, the inHAUS team made a selection of the best brands to give the whole a modern and very functional air to all the furniture: top level brands such as Sancal, Punt, Papiol, Treku, My Artist Lab, Güell La Madrid, Teulat, Aromas, Marset, Flos and Ondarreta have been integrated in this interior design project.
The on-site assembly of this prefabricated house in Toledo was exceptional: it was executed at night, without natural light, in just 4 hours.
