This decoration project takes place in an iconic modernist villa on the seafront in Sitges. Veronica Mimoun Studio signs the complete decoration project, covering every space in the home, from the various interior rooms to the garden, terraces, and outdoor areas.

The intervention seeks to preserve the stately and timeless character of the original architecture,reinterpreting it through a contemporary, luminous, and serene language. The result is a home that breathes Mediterranean calm, where natural light, the sea, and surrounding vegetation are organically integrated into every space.In the main entrance hall, an imported Marrakech rug welcomes visitors beneath the striking Zoom XL pendant light. To one side, a bespoke piece of furniture designed by Verónica Mimoun supports the iconic Atollo table lamp in white glass, while a round pouf upholstered in Güell Lamadrid’s Heston fabric completes the composition.

The shared living areas are articulated through a soft, natural color palette, noble textures, and enveloping volumes, creating spaces that are both welcoming and sophisticated. The main living room and lounge areas are conceived as fluid environments, visually connected to the outdoors through large windows, porches, and covered terraces that dissolve the boundary between interior and landscape.
The common areas are organized into different living rooms. In the first space, two sofas upholstered in Crevin’s Boira fabric are paired with cylindrical lacquered coffee tables in varying sizes, alongside a set of shelving units designed by Verónica Mimoun, guiding the transition into a second lounge defined solely by furniture placement. Here, four armchairs upholstered in Larsen’s Ugi fabric are arranged around the fireplace, accompanied by a Fly coffee table by &Tradition and two Bolla poufs by Gervasoni. All rugs on this floor are made of jute. Decorative lighting includes two Sampei lamps by Davide Groppi and a Panthella Floor lamp by Louis Poulsen.

Glass-paneled doors lead to the dining room and an additional TV lounge. Conceived as a central gathering space, the dining room is articulated through a careful composition of materials, sculptural lighting, and bespoke furniture, creating an elegant and warm atmosphere in constant dialogue with the changing natural light.

The custom-made dining table in marble and oak is paired with chairs upholstered in
Casamance’s Aveiro fabric. Above, Meshmatics pendant lamps by Moooi add a sculptural presence. A bespoke sideboard designed by Verónica Mimoun is complemented by two large mirrors set against walls covered in Mystic Weave wallpaper by Phillip Jeffries.

Within the same area lies the everyday living room, also featuring a fireplace, around which two sofas upholstered in Crevin’s Onix fabric are arranged, along with decorative cushions and an armchair upholstered in Larsen fabric. At the center, a set of Brise coffee tables by Gervasoni in varying sizes and heights. To one side, a Lato side table by &Tradition supports an Equatore Tavolo lamp by Fontana Arte, accompanied by a Coordinates floor lamp by Flos. Curtains throughout this floor were made using fabrics by Yutes and Aldeco.

This level also houses the home office, featuring a custom-designed natural solid oak desk, paired with a task chair and a bench upholstered in Armura fabric. Lighting is provided by the Gioia table lamp by Occhio. In the kitchen, Speers pendant lights complete a space designed in oak and white tones.

The main staircase leads to the private quarters, where the narrative of calm and comfort continues. The bedrooms are conceived as bright retreats, with a carefully curated selection of textiles, neutral tones, and integrated storage solutions that enhance spaciousness and serenity.

The first bedroom features two single beds upholstered in Güell Lamadrid fabrics in blue and terracotta tones, complemented by Elements bedside tables by Ethnicraft, Tatou table lamps by Flos, and Mira reading wall lights by Davide Groppi. This room opens onto a private terrace with sea views, furnished with Aram lounge chairs and coffee tables by Gan.

The second bedroom includes a double bed upholstered in turquoise tones using Maria Flora fabrics, Rotate bedside tables by &Tradition, and Flowerpot table lamps from the same brand.
The third bedroom, designed in navy blue tones, combines Güell Lamadrid fabrics with Rebar bedside tables by HAY and Riscio table lamps by Joe Colombo.   

The master suite integrates the bedroom, dressing room, and bathroom into a single harmonious space. The headboard and upholstered base were finished with fabrics by Larsen and Rada, accompanied by a bespoke upholstered bench in James Malone’s Debussy fabric. Decorative cushions combine fabrics by Jab. The bedside tables, designed by Verónica Mimoun, were custom-made in a high-gloss lacquer finish and paired with Luna table lamps by Occhio. In the dressing room, a custom round pouf upholstered in James Malone fabric adds an extra layer of comfort. From the master bedroom, a private terrace opens up, furnished with Reclips rocking
chairs by Houe and Hexagon side tables by Hom in Lecce stone.

On the upper floor, the tower houses the final bedroom with en-suite bathroom and access to a private terrace. Peach tones were selected for this space, bringing freshness and warmth. The headboard and upholstered base feature Güell Lamadrid fabrics, paired with Bok bedside tables by Ethnicraft and Matin table lamps by HAY.
All bedrooms feature custom-made rugs, combining specific borders and tonalities tailored to each space. Decorative wallpapers by Phillip Jeffries and curtains made with Aldeco fabrics were installed throughout.

The basement level accommodates the children’s room, gym, laundry area, and staff bedroom. The children’s room was conceived as a large open-plan space that allows for both rest and play. Three sets of custom-designed bunk beds by Verónica Mimoun, along with Ascoli Swing reading wall lights, complete the space.
Outdoors, the project is completed with the creation of various relaxation and social areas: porches, pool zones, terraces, and landscaped gardens conceived as a natural extension of the interiors, designed to enjoy the climate, the surroundings, and outdoor living.

At the main entrance, a terrace was designed and furnished with Tectona outdoor furniture, armchairs, sofas, and coffee tables ideal for long summer afternoons. At the rear of the property, beneath the original porch, the outdoor living and dining areas were arranged. The custom-made dining table is complemented by Nans pendant lamps by Bover in varying sizes and colors. In the outdoor lounge, all furniture was designed by Verónica Mimoun and upholstered in striped Velar fabric, alongside armchairs upholstered in Jab’s Haruna fabric and a TXL floor lamp by Marset.

Overall, this project reflects the philosophy of Verónica Mimoun Studio: designing spaces that combine timeless elegance, functionality, and a deep connection to their surroundings, resulting in homes meant to be lived in with calm, beauty, and harmony.
