New Bridge Business Center was established in 2015 and has since expanded to more than ten locations across Taiwan.
Located on Taiwan Boulevard in Taichung, Chinmei Building houses three floors of New Bridge's business centers. This project marks the fourth business center by New Bridge within the building.
In terms of layout, we have positioned the reception desk and a light snack shop on either side of the entrance, allowing for a clear flow of movement through to the relaxation area at the back, fostering an open and collaborative atmosphere.
The public space is designed with a soft green color palette, combined with vintage tiles, textured paint, metallic accents, and curved elements. This blend of retro Japanese aesthetics creates a refined and professional workspace.
The soft green hues, reminiscent of budding leaves, symbolize plants thriving after winter and welcoming a flourishing spring. This also metaphorically represents all entrepreneurs and workers here, who will grow and thrive, opening up new opportunities.
