Completed in a record time of only seven months, the project designed by architect Marco Rocha brings in 3000m2 three studios in an area of 1000 m2, a warehouse of props / set design and other of mobile resources in an area of 1000m2, the remaining 1000m2 are a major central area which is divided into four distinct areas: the social area which includes the cafeteria / restaurant, the module entry and reception / waiting area; Block A which includes dressing rooms, wardrobe room and characterization; Block B which includes studio and production control rooms; and finally the 1st floor which includes several offices and the editorial room.
