Set on a beautiful corner lot, the Jones residence balances heritage architecture and elegant interiors with a playful and vibrant touch. The space is home to a family of 5 and the design was curated to offer comfort, beauty and the required durability for family life. The design focused on removing the dated elements to create a clean slate for bright spaces, clean lines, and joyful touches through art, colour and pattern.
What were the key challenges?
The kitchen is the heart of the home and the layout provided very little light. We removed dark elements, added a fresh palette and brought light into the space. We also focused on providing elegant solutions that would last over time.
