Planning and interior design of 260sqm house in northern Tel-Aviv, for a family with four children. The main staircase located in the center of the house divides each floor to two parts:

The ground floor is divided to living room and master bedroom, the 1st floor separates the children rooms, and the basement is split to a gaming area and guests unit. Natural materials were used, such as exposed concrete and woodwork and aluminum cladding.

1. Facade cladding: exposed concrete, white plaster and dark gray aluminum cladding 
2. Flooring: cast in site concrete
3. Doors: metal 
4. Windows: aluminum, klil aluminum
5. Roofing: concrete roofing tile, ackerstein
6. Interior lighting: delta light by kamchi light Israel
7. Interior furniture: wood  metal and fabric by  tollmans
8. Kitchen: semel-kitchens

10. Air condition: mitsubishi inverter by Mizug Plus
